biffusion (the “studio”) takes the protection of personal information seriously. Information collected

• Contact form: name, email address, phone (if provided), project type and message — only when you voluntarily write to us — along with technical metadata of the submission (IP address, browser), used for security and anti-spam purposes.
• Server logs: IP address and requests, kept temporarily by the hosting provider for security and diagnostic purposes.

Purposes

Form submissions are used exclusively to answer your request. No information is sold, rented or used for unsolicited marketing.

Disclosure to third parties

Form messages are delivered to our email inbox hosted by Google (Google Workspace). This provider may store data outside Québec; it is contractually bound to equivalent safeguards. No other third party receives your information.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the business relationship, then deleted.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement, marketing or profiling tool. Your browsing on biffusion.com is not tracked.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). No personal information is stored in any database on the site itself.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
