Information collected
- Contact form: name, email address, phone (if provided), project type and message — only when you voluntarily write to us — along with technical metadata of the submission (IP address, browser), used for security and anti-spam purposes.
- Audience measurement: aggregated browsing data (pages viewed, device type, approximate origin) via Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies.
- Server logs: IP address and requests, kept temporarily by the hosting provider for security and diagnostic purposes.
Purposes
Form submissions are used exclusively to answer your request. Audience data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it. No information is sold, rented or used for unsolicited marketing.
Disclosure to third parties
Form messages are delivered to our email inbox hosted by Google (Google Workspace). Audience measurement is provided by Google Analytics. These providers may store data outside Québec; they are contractually bound to equivalent safeguards. No other third party receives your information.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and the business relationship, then deleted. Audience data is retained according to Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).
Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics cookies for statistical purposes. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings without affecting your use of the site.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). No personal information is stored in any database on the site itself.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
